Frequently Asked Questions

How can I contact you?

You can contact us by mail, which is btsdancefestbe@gmail.com or via Twitter (@btsdancefest) or Instagram (@btsdancefest_be). We will answer as soon as possible!

What is the age limit?

Our party is 16+  so if you are under 16, you won't be able to enter the venue. IDs will be checked upon entrance so be sure to take your ID with you! Are you under 16 but you really want to go? If you can be accompanied by an adult who is 18+, you can contact us by mail and we will see what we can do.

Will there be a DJ and so yes, when?

The DJ that will play at the party is DJ MLE. She will play the best BTS music from 23:00 until 2:00. The party itself will start at 22:00 and will go on until 3:00. But don't worry, when the DJ isn't playing, there will still be BTS music.

Why do you talk in English and not in French or Dutch?

We decided to communicate everything in English since  it is a universal language that is known by most people. We would also like to reach as many ARMY as possible and we believe that we can make that happen by communicating in English. We do, however, try to provide translations for every social media post, especially when we talk about important stuff. Also, you can always contact us in Dutch or French if that is easier for you.

Is there a way to store my bags and coat?

Yes, there are 140 lockers available at the venue. In order to be able to use a locker, you need to pay 2 euros in cash. Don't have any cash on you? No need to worry! There is an exchange machine next to the lockers. We do advise you to not take too much luggage with you since there are not enough lockers for everyone.

Can I leave and come back?

No, this is not possible. The venue's policy is "in = in and out = out".

Are there toilets?

Yes, there are toilets available, but you have to pay in order to use them. Be sure to take some change with you!

Is the venue accessible to wheelchair users?

Yes, the venue is accessible by wheelchair. There is also a toilet that is accessible for wheelchair users.
